  1. Ground Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Ground Staff:

  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
  • Provide information and support to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Handle passenger queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations.
  • Manage ticketing and reservations.

Cabin Crew:

  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and assist with emergency procedures.
  • Serve food and beverages and address passenger needs.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
  • Handle in-flight queries and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • For Ground Staff: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience is a plus but not required.
  • For Cabin Crew: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • For Cabin Crew, height and physical fitness requirements apply.
