Job Description: The Student Accounts Specialist will be responsible for managing student accounts, processing payments, and addressing student inquiries regarding their financial obligations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate student account records.
  • Process tuition payments, refunds, and other financial transactions.
  • Respond to student inquiries regarding their accounts and provide clear and accurate information.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of student financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in financial aid processes as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; excellent communication and customer service skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
