FSTONE Technologies is seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and help us achieve our mission. This is a remote, work-from-home position with flexible hours and the opportunity for growth within the company. As a Remote WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk, your main responsibility will be to accurately input and update data into our systems, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. You will be responsible for processing and entering various types of data.

You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure the seamless flow of information and provide support as needed.

Responsibilities
• – Accurately enter and update data into our systems
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered
• Organize and maintain files and records in accordance with company procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Handle data entry tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in data entry
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements
• – High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of data entry experience
• Excellent typing and data entry skills with a minimum of 50 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Available to work full-time, 30 hours per week
