Marshall Air Systems is looking for a Remote Order Entry Specialist/Data Entry Operator to join our innovative and fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, collate, and prepare documents, materials, and information for data entry.
- Conduct research to complete and verify documents and materials.
- Convert paper documents into digital formats accurately and efficiently.
- Review data for accuracy and report inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Input and update data in digital databases while performing regular backups.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (both digital and paper-based).
- Monitor databases for errors, correct inconsistencies, and ensure data integrity.
- Generate and export reports, spreadsheets, and other required documents.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing, scanning, printing, and managing office supplies.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in typing with accuracy and speed.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with office management software such as MS Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of database systems, administrative operations, and filing systems.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to focus for extended periods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
