Job Description
Find and enter work-related information through computers or points of sale system. Send documents or information using computers. Visually and read information in various formats (e.g. smaller print). Input and retrieve information in computer databases by using the keyboard, mouse or trackball to modify the records, file and reservations. You can also respond to questions from guests. Examine information found on documents or computers, including screen displays of printed forms, texts and lists, for completeness and accuracy. Utilize office equipment that is standard than computers like phone, typewriter and fax machines, as well as photocopiers and calculator peripherals. Sit, stand or walk for a long duration of time, or for the entire duration of your work shift.
Respect all policies and procedures of the company make sure your personal appearance is clean and professional. Also, ensure confidentiality of confidential information and ensure the security of the company’s assets. Communicate with colleagues using professional language and clear write and review documents in a timely and complete manner and return calls with appropriate manners. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and help team members achieve common goals, and be able to listen and respond appropriately to demands of employees. Make sure that the company is adhering to quality expectations and standards. They should also determine, suggest, and develop and implement innovative methods to increase efficiency in the workplace as well as efficiency and quality, safety and/or cost savings. Be sure to follow all security and safety guidelines and policies and report injuries, accidents and unsafe working situations to your manager. Also, take safety courses and obtain certifications. Moving, lifting, carrying or push and set up objects that weigh less than or equal to 10lbs without assistance. Do other duties when requested by supervisors.
Candidates who are located within California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington DC, and Washington the range of pay for this job is $18.50 to $24 an hour.
Washington Only for Applicants The employees will earn 0.03334 PTO balance per hour they work and are qualified to receive a minimum of seven holidays per year.
