In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our cutting-edge artificial intelligence call monitoring and coaching software. As the initial point of contact for prospects, we are looking for an individual who excels in lead research, relationship building, and effectively setting up our Senior Account Executives for success. Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Represent our offerings by effectively communicating our products and services and connecting with new prospects daily.
โ€ข Collaborate with the Sales Team to generate meetings and develop a robust sales pipeline.
โ€ข Engage potential customers through various outreach methods, including email, phone, and social media.
โ€ข Identify and analyze prospectsโ€™ business challenges through insightful questioning and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their needs.
โ€ข Qualify leads to assess alignment with our buying criteria, including budget and authority.
โ€ข Manage and maintain accurate data records by tracking and reporting activities in our CRM system.
โ€ข Achieve set targets by meeting monthly quotas and daily key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills
โ€ข 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service with a proven record of achieving goals.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and social media platforms.
โ€ข Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
โ€ข Consistent history of surpassing performance targets.
โ€ข Empathic listener with persuasive communication skills.
โ€ข Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient.

โ€ข Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software is desirable.
โ€ข Previous experience as a sales development representative with a successful track record is advantageous.
