As an HR Specialist Team Lead at Technosoft Winzons, you will oversee the HR team and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and effectively support our remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of HR specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
- HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, records, and reporting.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR specialist or HR manager, with previous team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
