  • Document Preparation: Organize and prepare documents for data entry.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting: Create reports and summaries from data as required.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure its accurate entry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
